This work is a translation of a famous exposition on the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta by the outstanding Vedanta Philosopher of his day. Sri Vidyaranya Swami was the Jagadguru of Sringeri Sarada monastery, the southernmost of the four established by the great Adi Shankara to establish and maintain the tradition.
